Box office

The box office is located in the foyer on the first floor at the bar. It usually opens 60 minutes before the start of the event. Tickets are only sold for the event taking place immediately.

Changes to the program and the cast

We reserve the right to make changes to the program and cast and do not justify ticket returns or ticket exchange rights on the part of the visitor or any obligation on the part of the organizer to reimburse costs. Notifications will be made via the newsletter, the homepage and at the box office.

Failure / Cancellation

If an event is canceled or terminated within the first half hour, the ticket price will be refunded, except in cases of force majeure, in which case there is no entitlement to a refund. The claim must be proven by presenting or sending in the ticket and must be asserted within 10 days of the concert date. No refunds can be made thereafter. Further expenses incurred by the visitor will not be reimbursed.

Image and sound recordings

Image and sound recordings during the event disturb both participants and guests and are not permitted (also for copyright reasons). But: Selfies are of course allowed. Photography is permitted for private purposes outside the event on the premises. You are welcome to share your snapshots on social media using the hashtag #faustforumstaufen

All persons entering or staying in the place of assembly are informed by these house rules that photographs, films and videos may be taken in the area of the place of assembly. Recordings of participants and visitors to events may be published in accordance with Section 23 KunstUrhG. This does not apply to private recordings.

Wardrobe

Safety first!
Coats, jackets and large items may not be taken into the hall for events with row seating. Bags up to the size of DIN A4 may be taken into the hall, larger items should be deposited in the checkroom. No liability will be accepted. The checkroom is free of charge. Everyone hangs up their own jacket.

Come with children

Children are very welcome here. Please be sure to observe the age recommendations for children’s events so that they are a complete pleasure for everyone involved. There is an extra room with a changing table by the toilets in the foyer. Baby carriages may not be taken into the auditorium, but can be left in the checkroom. Children and young people up to the age of 14 may only attend events if accompanied by an adult.

Break

As a rule, a concert break of 20 – 25 minutes is planned. However, there are exceptions depending on the content of the program. Please refer to the regulations for your event.

Being late

As a rule, all performances start on time. Out of consideration for the performers and the audience, visitors who arrive after the performance has begun are not entitled to admission or to the seats they have booked. In this case, tickets will not be refunded. We make every effort to allow late admission during concert/applause breaks. The admission staff will give the appropriate clearance and open the door provided for this purpose.

If it is absolutely necessary to leave the auditorium during the performance, you may not be able to return directly to your seat. Re-entry can only be granted if it is possible without disrupting the performance.
