Being late
As a rule, all performances start on time. Out of consideration for the performers and the audience, visitors who arrive after the performance has begun are not entitled to admission or to the seats they have booked. In this case, tickets will not be refunded. We make every effort to allow late admission during concert/applause breaks. The admission staff will give the appropriate clearance and open the door provided for this purpose.
If it is absolutely necessary to leave the auditorium during the performance, you may not be able to return directly to your seat. Re-entry can only be granted if it is possible without disrupting the performance.
