Bicycle parking
Bicycle parking spaces are available directly on the left-hand side of the Faust­Forum and are illu­mi­nated; addi­tional spaces are available at Schlader­erplatz. Cycle paths in the direction of Bad Krozingen, Ehrenkirchen, Münstertal, Grunern and Wettel­brunn are sign­posted.

Carpooling
There is a new carpooling bank in all direc­tions at Schlader­erplatz, as well as in Grunern and Wettel­brunn. Combined with the carpooling APP “mobigeist/​fahrmob” in the entire district, you can find drivers and carpoolers. Expe­ri­ence events together and connect on mobigeist​.de

Public trans­porta­tion
You can reach us with the SWEG line S3 in the direction of Münstertal and Bad Krozingen, bus stop Staufen Süd (approx. 350m walk) and with the bus connec­tions to and from Staufen.

Parking
Parking is possible in the desig­nated public parking lots P1 (with parking ticket) and P2 (with parking disk) at Schlader­erplatz and is free of charge from 7 pm. Please note that there is likely to be more traffic on concert evenings, so please allow suffi­cient time for your journey or use local public transport.

Safety first!
Coats, jackets and large items may not be taken into the hall during events. Bags up to the size of DIN A4 may be taken into the hall. Please leave larger bags or rucksacks in the compart­ments provided in the checkroom.

No liability is assumed. The checkroom is free of charge. Everyone hangs up their own jacket.

The doors to the audi­to­rium will open approx­i­mately 30 minutes before the event begins and you can go to your seat. Tickets are checked by scanning at the three hall entrances.

The box office is located in the foyer on the first floor at the bar. It opens one hour before the start of the event. Tickets are only sold for the event taking place imme­di­ately.

Before the event, during the break and after­wards, drinks and culinary offerings from the currently displayed menu are available at the bar. Pre-orders can also be placed with our caterer Restau­rant Höfli.

If an event is canceled or defin­i­tively termi­nated within the first half hour, the ticket price will be refunded, except in cases of force majeure. In this case, there is no enti­tle­ment to a refund. The claim must be proven by presenting or sending in the ticket and must be asserted within 10 days of the concert date. No refunds can be made there­after. Further expenses incurred by the visitor will not be reim­bursed.

Image and sound record­ings during the event are disturbing for both partic­i­pants and guests and are not permitted (also for copyright reasons). But: Selfies are part of it, of course. Photog­raphy is permitted for private purposes outside of the event. Feel free to share your snapshots on social media using the hashtag #faust­forum

By entering the Faust­Forum, all persons give their consent to the taking of photographs, film and video record­ings by the organizer. Record­ings of visitors may be published in accor­dance with § 23 KunstUrhG. This does not apply to private record­ings.

As a rule, a concert break of 20 to 25 minutes is planned. However, there are excep­tions depending on the content of the program. The respec­tive regu­la­tions are published in the event infor­ma­tion.

As a rule, all perfor­mances start on time. Out of consid­er­a­tion for the performers and the audience, visitors who arrive after the perfor­mance has begun are not entitled to admission or to the seats they have booked. In this case, tickets will not be refunded.

We make every effort to allow late admission during concert/​applause breaks. The admission staff will give the appro­priate clearance and open the door provided for this purpose.

If it is absolutely necessary to leave the audi­to­rium during the perfor­mance, you may not be able to return directly to your seat. Re-entry can only be granted if it is possible without disrupting the perfor­mance.

Have you left something behind or found something? Lost or handed in items are kept in the Faust­Forum for a short time and then handed over to the local lost and found office in the citizens’ office in the town hall.

After the event, there is often the oppor­tu­nity to meet the artists up close, be it at the CD signing stand, at the merchan­dising stand or at a short artist talk. We are happy to point this out on the homepage.

The catering bar is also open after the event so that you can share your impres­sions over a drink and elegantly avoid the traffic jam of departing guests.

We are always open to sugges­tions — the Faust­Forum team will be happy to hear from you.

The closing time will be announced by announce­ment or light signal. After 10 p.m., the regu­la­tions for disturbing the peace in outdoor areas apply. Doors must be kept closed. We ask you to comply with this, also with regard to the residents.
