Ticket infor­ma­tion

The box office opens one hour before the start of the event. Tickets deposited on site will be held by the foyer staff until the interval for late admission and expire at the end of the interval.

You can buy your desired ticket at any time in the calendar and download it to your cell phone or print it out yourself on your standard printer at home.

You auto­mat­i­cally receive a discount when you buy several tickets for one event.

Our Package options offer staggered discounts when you buy several tickets for different events.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. However, all tickets are trans­fer­able and can be passed on. If an enti­tle­ment to a discount expires as a result, the differ­ence must be paid at the box office.

If you lose a ticket, a replace­ment ticket can be generated in the ticket system, please contact the box office or the advance booking office.

Advance ticket sales take place at the Tourist-Info Staufen during the usual opening hours in the town hall. No tickets will be deposited or sent to you.

Groups can buy as many tickets as they like for a desired event directly in the calendar and thus secure a high discount.

In each category there is a reduced price for children, pupils, students and trainees. Select “Reduced price” to book your ticket.

Please note that booster seats may be brought to chil­dren’s events or that there are specially desig­nated chil­dren’s areas.

The discount applies to those with a disability of 70% or more. The entrances to the building, the hall and the toilets on the first floor are barrier-free. With row seating, a total of four seats in the first row are desig­nated for wheel­chair users and, if necessary, their companion and can be booked online.

Assis­tance dogs must be regis­tered in good time when booking.
