Culture week “Friends”

We all have and want friends for life and it’s true: “Birds of a feather flock together.” At this year’s Staufen Culture Week, everyone can be inspired by the fact that this leads to fantastic music groups. Because friends inspire each other, increase their creativity and develop their musical person­ality and unique­ness together over the years. This cultural week belongs to them.

Studies have examined neuronal activity in the brain and found that friends had similar brain activity and similar scent profiles. People with resilient friend­ships increase their life expectancy by 50 percent. The longing for friends or a soul mate is therefore innate. Studies and surveys confirm this, with over 85% of respon­dents saying that true friends are the most important.
